30-Day Return Guarantee

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your order for a full refund or exchange, no questions asked. This applies to most items for men, women, kids, and household appliances.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received them.
  • Products should be in the original packaging, with all tags intact.
  • Certain items like undergarments, swimwear, and perishable household items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or product safety standards.

How to Return

  1. Start the process: Log in to your account, head to "My Orders," and click "Return" next to the item you want to send back.
  2. Pack your items: Please use the original packaging or secure similar packaging.
  3. Ship it back: You’ll receive a prepaid return shipping label in your email. Attach it to your package and drop it off at your nearest post office.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges

If you want to exchange an item, follow the same return process, and simply select the "Exchange" option. We will send your new product after the return is received.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Personal care products and certain electronics if opened
  • Custom or personalized items
